SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status. 

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order (except for pre-sale items). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping time below does not include such processing time.

*Kindly note that processing and shipping time may be impacted at year end due to high volume and extreme weather conditions.
Standard Shipping

  • Canada $15. (3-5 working days)

  • United Kingdom $15 (3-5  working days)

  • Australia $20 (7-10  working days)

  • Remainder of Europe (Partial) $15 ( 5-7 working days)

Express Shipping

How do I return an item?
 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Wardrobe Files gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly email customer service for a prepaid return label.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately.

For a refund please ensure items are not worn and returned in the same condition as received. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

We ship to most countries worldwide and provide free standard shipping on orders of $200 & over. (After All Discounts Applied).
